Staff was very helpful when I didn't know how to transfer the bar code message from my email address to the package to send back.
They were quick professional and extremely courteous.....
Try to speak to someone about a wrong package and the computer does something else and no one will answer. Service is terrible…strong recommend not to go through FedEx
Husband bought a futon off of Amazon and it was delivered to the wrong address. Was signed for but clearly isn’t our last name. Do you not check the signature against the name of the person who ordered it? Do you not confirm the person’s name?
I don't trust FedEx. This why I prefer buy in store person. Not order online they stole my air pods on black Friday
