It’s not a FEDEX with mail-drop services as described. They only do drop-off after you’ve gone to FedEx and everything is ready to ship. Need to update the available services on the website and at this location.
It's inside the Walgreens if you're wondering why Googlemaps shows it alongside the building! Clerk couldn't accept a return of pkg delivered wrongly to my address, without manager--minus one star for wasting my time trying to do the right thing.
