I just wanted to call this location and find out if they have mailing supplies as I do not have an envelope for my letter. This has been 2 days now and I have called the customer support number and got in the chatbot that does not do anything about shipping. All it does is refer me to a site to find a location near me which I have done multiple multiple times. I just freaking want to know if they are going to be able to send a shipment for me and if they have the packaging to do so
