Don't use fedex service. I'm very disappointed with the service I got a shipment from oregon and it will arrive on august 12th at 12.20 and on the app it says that it has been sent to the destination turns out to be a lie I use Ring to check if it's true that they came or not but it turns out there is no photo but they make it blur so I can't see it. and said that on August 13th it will be resent because no one is anymore photographed with the same blur and it's dark. it turns out to be a LIE !!!! I just wanted to call this location and find out if they have mailing supplies as I do not have an envelope for my letter. This has been 2 days now and I have called the customer support number and got in the chatbot that does not do anything about shipping. All it does is refer me to a site to find a location near me which I have done multiple multiple times. I just freaking want to know if they are going to be able to send a shipment for me and if they have the packaging to do so
