Very helpful! In and out
The woman working around 10am on 3/15/23 at FedEx in Grandville Michigan was an angel! She was truly so sweet & went above & beyond to assist me with a sweet attitude & kind tone. Wonderful woman!! She was the only one working & there were many people who came in & the phone was ringing & she kept up like a champ & was amazing toward me & kept a great attitude!! She deserves a BIG pay raise. She's a boss!
As a FedEx drop off site, this Walgreens should accept all packages. The manager, who is very rude, lifted my box to determine the weight of my package and rejected it. I guess she had the magical ability to determine the poundage of a box through her own strength. If policy really states that they cannot accept anything over 40 pounds, a scale should be used in order to prevent a loyal customer the hassle of making an extra trip.
