I am very displeased with Fed Ex. One of their careless workers, DAYAN DELGADO PEREZ, hit my vehicle and upon calling Fed Ex customer service to file a claim I was aimlessly transferred from representative to representative. I was given different numbers to call each attempt I made to reach someone. Since when is it acceptable for representatives to hang up on callers? I have yet to hear back from Fed Ex and I intend on leaving a complaint and/or emailing a corporate location to get some assistance. This is very disappointin... read more
