I have to agree with the NEGATIVE posts about Fedex that I have seen online. I saw the Fedex delivery driver cruise by here at 11:30AM and again at 11:40AM. My delivery is scheduled for today between 10:20 and 2:20. Cant follow simple directions. If i said leave my package at the door then thats what i meant. Why come LATE and still not leave my package? Sick of yall doing this

I've ordered packages that were supposed to arrive on a certain date, but they arrive 3-4 days late. I would never recommend FedEx; their deliveries are far too slow.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They gave me a 2 hour window to show up with my package and proceeded to show up an hour early. Because of that, I was not home. Since then, nobody can help me figure where my package is, and the extremely shitty updates that I have recieved dont even match with what customer service sees on their end. I will literally NEVER use FedEx ever again and I will be making sure that nobody that I know personally will use them either.
