Tracking number shows that my delivery was supposed to show up but didnt and when you try to call them it's all automated you can't get ahold of a real person

I received two delivery tags that my packages needed an ID to be received. I then went to FedEx.com and asked that my package be held at the Walgreens off Kenwood. When I went to the Walgreens, there was no package. A woman named Heaven, who was VERY nice, kind and helpful, called me and let me know my package was at the Rosemount fulfillment center. I was disappointed as this a 30 minute drive each way for me. But I needed my package so I drove over there and enter door 16 just as Heaven instructed me to. I stood at the doo... read more

I needed a package after missed delivery the gal couldn't find it right away becouse it was in a trailer that had not been unloaded yet. She called me don't know how she got my number but she did and told me she found the package come get it super cool I needed that package

I paid extra for overnight delivery and it came 4 days later! Horrible service.
