I needed a package after missed delivery the gal couldn't find it right away becouse it was in a trailer that had not been unloaded yet. She called me don't know how she got my number but she did and told me she found the package come get it super cool I needed that package
I paid extra for overnight delivery and it came 4 days later! Horrible service.
The service/ customer service has been extremely poor, it’s astonishing that the company is still operating.
