Worst delivery service out there
Terrible service need to be shut down
Garbage service. On early Friday morning Amazon send me a notification saying my package was out for delivery, being delivered by a third party in this case FEDEX. Later that morning, while I was doing some maintenance on my vehicle, I watched the regular FEDEX delivery man whose route runs through my neighborhood park in front of my driveway for a couple of minutes. This fedex warehouse stole around 150 dollars worth of MY OWN WEDDING PICTURES from me. They've delivered to my po box as sometimes I lack a physical address- they've refused this time. Instead of allowing me to come down to pick them up, they refused to help me and I had to contact Google photos to REORDER and have it shipped to my dad's house. How disheartening. You guys make millions a year, and can't even hand a package off to another shipping company since yall are "too good" to deliver to po boxes? Shame on you all, es... read more
