They had my package held up for 3 days. They kept leaving a note that they were going to deliver again, but they never
one of the staff members here was awful. if you can't handle being just professional/kind to customers why do you even work at service industries! seriously. the world is already full of BS and no one needs more than what's already existing at places like FedEx where staff are literally paid to provide services.
