We knew we would need to ship on a Sunday evening so called weeks ahead and was provided this 24 hour drop off by FedEx ground. Even called the location ahead to confirm they could accept a larger ground package. The phone associate stated no restrictions. Upon arrival they denied my packages because they said they didn’t have space to hold them until the driver picked up on Monday.
