Went to FedEx on site at the Safeway during their advertised times. Tried calling earlier to ensure times were valid. Went in around 7pm to find out service desk was closed. Cashier called the floor manager and she confirmed that it was closed... she didn't offer to grab the package for me or anything. I don't have a car, so it cost me extra to leave with nothing.
