When it comes to tracking updates, FedEx is absolutely the bottom of the barrel. They are the worst in providing accurate tracking information. Terribly frustrating when you're not wanting a package sitting on your doorstep.
FYI you have to go inside the Walgreens store
No sign outside made it extremely hard and time consuming to find. It was the opposite of convenient. The employee (of the store) knew the routine to follow but didn’t engender much confidence in me turning my package over to her. No one in the first 3 stores I looked in had any idea where FEDEX could be. Did I mention NO SIGNAGE?
