This location is ONLY used for drop offs of pre labeled packages. You will need a QR code and they are unable to log into their system if you have a digital shipping label. I created a shipping label in the store but somehow did not check the right box for drop off to generate a QR code and ended up having to drive back home to print label and then return to ship package. Tried calling FedEx to get a QR code and the automated attendant would not transfer my call because they did not understand the prompts “missing QR code”. ... read more
