Girl was very nice and made sending package very easy
Could not send a package that I had a prepaid label for because the guy couldn't make the scanner work. So wasted time and gas for nothing. Thank you Fed Ex for not having an actual store in Council Bluffs and farming the work out to store employees who doesn't care about Fed Ex at all.
