This is a drop off only facility. No help, no customer service and absolutely not full service. Was a waste of time
Fedex should remove this site from advertising as one of their sites. Very rude staff. They look at you like ‘why are you here’. They talk rude. They wont even help with taping if you need to tape it. I have been to other Fedex locations, UPS locations, etc and they have a better service, better friendly staff. The staff here does not like customers showing up. Do a favor to you by driving few mins away. If this place continues doing business this way, they wont be in business long.
Easy and fast drop off location, even for Ground shipments
If you are planning to drop big boxes, call and make sure that the dimensions are acceptable. They didn't accept a box about the size of a check in baggage.
