If I could give this FedEx a zero I would. I had a package with the label already to go. They told me to just leave it on the shelf and I asked for a receipt and she said that was impossible. FedEx does not give receipts once it’s labeled. I know this is not be true as I am a FedEx business account holder, and anywhere else I have ever gone I have received a receipt for a package. Only drop off service.
One of there trucks was driving with it's back door open and several packages fell out into the intersection I tried to contact FedEx for 20 minutes and was unable to talk to a representative or even send an email for review.
They will not take my package because they said they don't have room on the shelf. I don't think this should be listed as a FedEx return place when they won't take returns.
This is a drop off only facility. No help, no customer service and absolutely not full service. Was a waste of time
