My local FedEx Store was very helpful in preparing my label when I came in a panic because my husband left for a road trip to Florida without his medication but they failed to inform me that it was only standard overnight and there was no weekend delivery! After spending close to $80 for a small package and checking the tracking the next morning I learned it was in their hub in Tennessee and delayed due to a storm with no delivery date in site!! For the most part terrible customer service. I had a package I needed to ship through FedEx but I work two jobs so I did not have time to go to an actual FedEx location. So I brought the package to this location bc it has a FedEx drop off but I had a QR code which they don’t scan. One of the younger workers said that if I lived in the area and could print a label he could scan it for me.
