It is incredibly deceptive advertising to say FedEx is on site, when in fact it is not. It is strictly a drop off location for FedEx packages that are already prelabeled and weighed. There are no staff present that work for fedex, or can assist in any manner. Horribly disappointing
Delivered my package to the wrong address. Then called them and found out the carrier switch my address and name on it
