I needed to send a very important one-page document. I stopped by the FedEx counter located inside Walgreens and asked for assistance with preparing the mailing, specifically choosing the right envelope and shipping label. The associate informed me that he could not process my mailing because I had not brought the correct envelope nor the label myself, stating, "he can’t do anything for me."
