Get people who understand English and can read it too for one I had put in my delivery instructions that I did not want any chewy boxes I told the same guy the day before to his face that I’m not taking any chewy boxes I’m denying all and everything from chewy he took it back to the truck and that was it. Idk the guy name but he help me out big time cus my package was havy thank you again for your help this guy was tall and a beard and who ever is his boss u got a great employee and thanks again

They don't let you know that the hubs can't take a package over 50lbs went for places before I found out
