I will give them a 0 if I could. I had a package dropped off today and I hope they keep that particular person on our route but the route person before stole my packages. Thousands of dollars worth of computer equipment was stolen by the driver and nothing has been done about it yet . No one has even contacted me from Fedex. This came out of the FedEx ground Bessemer, Alabama. It no wonder they have a one point something rating. entire facility needs to be investigated by the FEDS.
