Really bad customer service. After trying all the scanners in the store, the employees said the system might be down. They had me wait in line, wait for the next person with a scanner, and look for an employee who had one, which is what the young man at the register told me to do. Then, another employee told me to try another location because the system “might be down.” Why couldn’t they have told me that from the beginning instead of making me wait and search for employees with scanners? Just left Walgreens and purchased a large plastic bag/envelope to put my return ideas from shein .and when he scan my code to print my lable the machine scanner said to go to a FedEx store to do the return....I couldn't return my items and waist of gas .I only went there because the return table had location to do drop offs and Walgreens was one of those location.

Over a period of 4 days FedEx Drivers refused to get out of the vehicle and deliver a package. Today I saw two different Trucks deliver to my neighbors as I awaited my package on the porch. Driver sent a notification that they missed me even though I was on my porch the entire delivery windows. 11:35am to 4:00pm. It's lazy and unacceptable, no door tag, no way to talk to a real human about it. UPS delivered a package for me on Saturday that was supposed to be delivered by FedEx on Friday.
