Awful drop off experience. We came to drop off a return package, they said we need to print out the shipping label since they can’t scan it and can only use QR codes. We come back with the shipping label and they can’t take the package because it’s 30lbs when the sign on the desk clearly says they accept packages 55lbs and under. We came back for literally nothing and had to stand around for 30min since they didnt know what they were doing. Terrible place No sign NOT ON SITE DOES NOT HAVE PRINTER TO PRINT YOUR LABELS DO NOT HAVE FEDEX BOXES MAKE YOU BUY WALGREEN BOXES INSIDE WALGREENS DROP OF LOCATION AND NOT ON SITE LOCATION. TO PRINT MY LABEL THEY HAD DOWNLOAD MY PICTURES TO PRING A LABEL AS A PHOTO!
