Went to ship a laptop. Brought the labelled package. The clerk felt the weight of the package, told me to leave and she would email me a receipt later. I insisted on a receipt immediately. She made excuses that she had other work in an attempt to get me to leave it without a receipt. I insisted, she refused again so I took my package back and left. Do not advertise yourself as a Fedex location if you cannot operate as one. A legitimate business gives receipts for packages upon RECEIPT. That's why it's called a receipt.
