Woman at Fedex counter (blue shirt, blond highlightes, no name tag) is extremely rude and unprofessional. Needs customer service training Asap.
No one was there to help you. It was besides lunch hours that they just decided to close the store and take a break. Nobody could enter.. ridiculous !
