Always great customer service
Customer Service is Horrible and they move externally slow. If you want to drop a package off you'll have to wait 20 mintues to get inside. What ever COVID process they have going is a mess. I Left and went to my normal FEDEX location. I was also greated with a very sassy employee when I Itinally stepped inside. She accused me of skipping the line and I wasn't. She didn't even allow me to speak.
