FedEx is possibly the worst company on the planet. Walgreens also didn't offer any help and would not print my shipping label. Who in 2026 has a printer??? After I had my label printed and came back, THEY WOULD NOT TAPE IT TO THE BOX. Needless to say, I had to BUY TAPE at Walgreens and tape the labels on before the clerk could accept them. Funny thing was, there was a shipping tape roll right on the counter, but the clerk still couldn't help me out. Customer service these days is a disgrace almost everywhere. Employee is rude and non helpful
Usually, for no fault of the staff at Walgreens, every time I go to send an item out by dropping it off at FedEx On-site located within, the item is too large for them to accept. I wish FedEx could either make exceptions or be a little clearer on the specifications regarding what type/size/weight a package must be before I drive to an onsite location. I feel that maybe a short disclaimer on Google Maps, right above the hours of operation, like for example: "Packages larger than X" are not accepted.", would help to curb some ... read more
