The worst delivery company of them all!! The delivery driver took a picture leaving with my package and they won't help me!! Be careful they just want your money, they're not worried about your packages!!
Put my 130 amazon package on my neighbors porch. The address is clear as day on both houses had to haul the giant heavy box back over to my house. Risky and inconvenient.

If I could give 0 stars I would, dropped off package and got a text with the tracking number, it was one day delivery but I kept checking and kept checking and it just said it was dropped off at the location and the delivery date marked “pending” for a week straight, I finally contact fedex and they quickly route me to simply file a claim online. I do as instructed and have to wait longer almost a week at that for them to inform me my claim was denied…along with that I dropped off one package and my tracking number was sayin... read more
