The worst customer service ever the counter is always empty. There’s nobody there to help you when I was about to drop the package his star, grabbing the package with tape, which means that the package will be damaged when opening a package with documents inside and then he had the attitude to tell me well you’re supposed to bring this like this and I’m like no and then he said that this is not a FedEx office that is not supposed to do shit.
Great employees
Claudia is great at this local FedEx facility. She has been helping my company for many years. Always helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I would like to officially thank her for all her help over the years.
