I have never been more frustrated with a business than with FedEx. I was expecting an important overnight package. Very important. Never arrived. Used there tracking system some generic response that lacked any significant information. I call their customer service and got this robot! That was the most frustrating experience. This machine would not connect me to a live person under any circumstances. In fact some brainiac program the ROBOT to be deceptive and used trickery!
