These employees need to be trained when they are dealing with other people's mail. They have no knowledge on anything. Tampering with mail is a federal offense and should be taken more serious not just a shrug...when you have questions about YOUR package. Specifically the overly flamboyant caucasian man who works here. Instead of gossiping find more knowledge on how to assist when someone has questions about their package that was put in your supervision GOOFBALL!
