Helpful and kind staff!
I paid for and printed a label at home, which said to put it in a pouch and attach it to the box. I am not in the habit of keeping label pouches at home, so it seemed natural to assume they could provide one at the drop off location. But they couldn't, so I had to buy a roll of packing tape. Also, they won't give you a receipt. FedEx emails a transaction record with estimated charges, but the only way you can get a receipt with the actual charges is to call in 3-5 days after delivery and request one, that's if you can get pa... read more
