Requested a package to be held here but instead FedEx sent it to my house and said I wasn't home and was. I explained what happened and after talking with the FedWx rep and her confirming - it seemed the only way to get my package was to get on a lawn chair until 8pm in my front door. I wasn't happy but the FedEx rep made it sound like the only way to get my package, so I waited on a lawn chair with my laptop. FedEx never came. It was supposed to be delivered here, but the system's tracking was originally off, so I called for support. The first FedEx rep advised me to sit on a lawn chair in my front yard for the next six hours as the best way to ensure the package is delivered so I can sign for it. When i mentioned how ridiculous their ask of waiting another six hours on my front steps was, they stood their ground. It turns out that rep was wrong and it was actually delivered here.
