They don’t even attempt to make a delivery. They left a pickup tag on my door without knocking or letting me know in anyway.
Super hard to find, which isn’t necessarily the businesses fault it’s in a strange spot, but they’d think after all these comments of people struggling to find their location they’d put some more signage up or something. EXTREMELY unhappy. Sent a small parcel on the 29th from the Victoria Fort Street location and it was never received.
Impossible to find. When you call, it's an automated message and nobody will help you. I will never be able to collect package because this location doesn't exist.
There is not even any information about opening hours on the door.
