This is my 2nd delivery that wasn't left at my apt. Just a notice to pick it up myself. There was 2 other notices as well left. I was at home all day & not once did my phone ring to let him in the building! I'm assuming the other ppl did not receive calls either. He/she had 3#'s he could have called but I'm sure he didn't even attempt! Very poor service!

I am absolutely livid and beyond frustrated with FedEx. I sent my daughter’s passport to the Consulate in Toronto for a visa stamp using their FedEx Overnight Priority service, trusting them to handle the shipment safely. I even paid for a return label and envelope, so the Consulate could send the passport back securely. Not only was the parcel delayed, but when I finally received it back, I was shocked to find that it was completely soaked. The package looked like it had been left in a bin collecting rainwater!
