Online system and customer service is horrible. Missed deliveries 2x was given door tags. The automated system states “cannot locate order/wrong number” I enter the numbers from the Door tags that were left. How can they not be recognized? So stressful!!
They don’t even attempt to make a delivery. They left a pickup tag on my door without knocking or letting me know in anyway.
Super hard to find, which isn’t necessarily the businesses fault it’s in a strange spot, but they’d think after all these comments of people struggling to find their location they’d put some more signage up or something. EXTREMELY unhappy. Sent a small parcel on the 29th from the Victoria Fort Street location and it was never received.
