Avoid this location at all costs. I dropped off a very expensive health test to be shipped, but I was never given a tracking number. The testing company never received the package, and I’m now out $600. When I asked which barcode needed to be visible for shipping, I was met with rudeness. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not trust this location with anything important.
It would be better to have received proof of "returned item" was actually being shipped.
Extremely frustrating experience with this FedEx location. I’ve now made multiple trips trying to pick up my packages, and both times my time has been wasted. The first time, my Lululemon order had been split into two separate parcels under the same order/tracking situation. I had one delivery slip with me and showed the voicemail/tracking information, explained that there were two packages, and could literally see the second parcel sitting on the shelf. I had the most horrific experience at the Fort street location in Victoria bc. I had ordered delivery and never before had a problem. I was home when the missed delivery attempt was. Since then fedex called 6 times in one day to say come pick it up and it was difficult to get to the location. No parking, busy, difficult to find the actual location.
