I had a horrible experience with this specific location and specific carrier, every time I tried calling for assistance with my package I was greeted by a virtual assistant and I hate AI and computer automated responses, please fix this, I promise no issue has ever been resolved through a computer automated robot. The Walgreens clerk I was connected to was extremely unhelpful and lost my package. I had to go to the Walgreens Weston location and basically force them to do their job and look for my 1,000$ computer longer than ... read more
I didn't realize that it was inside the Walgreens store. Employee was very friendly and helpful with getting my package ready for pickup. They either text or email your receipt for the dropoff.
