Fedex Office sent our non-profit a coupon for 20% off print services for orders over $100. We needed banners made for our booth for an upcoming event. We spent $300 on banners and posters and then were told that the coupon was only good for "self printed" materials and they couldn't offer a discount to non-profits. Worse, the quality of the prints was poor and they screwed up the rasterization process leaving artifacts in our prints! Extremely poor customer service!
FedEx just sucks! I could never edit my manage delivery options through the app or on the web. One of my packages got stolen bc they left it outside my coded building. UPS on the other hand makes it so easy to edit/give delivery instructions. Even UPS cares and are smart not to leave my packages out in the open to the public.
