The 82nd and Holgate location in Portland was sadly unprofessional. They first helped me find a box and then left me at the register for over 10 minutes while their colleague paged them repeatedly for me. I understand things get busy, but it seemed to me that they didn't want to be at work that day. It was very frustrating.
Tried to call because I got an invoice for .18 cents to see if I could stop by and pay it because I refuse to put it on a credit card. They will not let you talk to anyone. Very annoying!

Fedex Office sent our non-profit a coupon for 20% off print services for orders over $100. We needed banners made for our booth for an upcoming event. We spent $300 on banners and posters and then were told that the coupon was only good for "self printed" materials and they couldn't offer a discount to non-profits. Worse, the quality of the prints was poor and they screwed up the rasterization process leaving artifacts in our prints!
