Good guy just working alone
Had a very bad experience with FedEx last year. They lost my passport. When I called them a day after the supposed delivery they told me someone will call back. I keep calling them for 3 days until they had someone look in the warehouse. Unfortunately, the driver lost it and could not remember where he put it. If only they handled my case fast perhaps the driver would still remember. I have 4 visa stamps and now I’m worried it might be used by “other” people. This is sooo frustrating. Very bad customer service. Its inside the convenience store. But the person inside is really giving bad service to customers. He is only serving asian people as first preference.
