Extremely disappointed with FedEx service. It has been over two weeks and my package still hasn’t been delivered. What’s worse is that there have been no updates at all on the tracking system , completely unacceptable. Apparently, my package was delivered to a random store instead of my address, and I only found out because the store owner (who was kind enough) personally called me from Mississauga to inform me. Did not take our return package that had all the labels provided by fedex. Don’t come here, I felt they were too lazy to just scan and take the package. We went somewhere else and they took it with no issues.
