Absolute worst of worst service.
This has got to be the most in-efficient, disorganised and frustrating shipping service ever! My goodness! 2 weeks! to courier an express priority package in the same city? Should we talk about the clueless customer service / technical support team who gives you the same answer you can see on your tracking details??? It is not hard, if you cannot run a business.. close it down.
