My Christmas package was broken into and presents were stolen last Christmas I ordered a Samsung 5G phone which FedEx was delivering however the FedEx delivery truck driver stole the phone and signed my name FedEx the phone cost $1,150.00 after 6 weeks FedEx refused to execute an investigation that was promised and told me absolutely to go to hell and refused any future complaint my Company has had a Corporate account with FedEx for 25 years and I have requested a meeting with UPS after the New Year
