They delivered someone else’s package to me so i reported it and i was told the driver will pick it up. They never did. It is still outside my door and it has been more than a week now. Tried to call customer service again but the call wont connect me to a representative. I guess they wont deliver the package to the rightful owner even if i had reported it as misdelivered. Very poor customer service for phone assistance and delivery.
I went to FedEx to return something that I had ordered online they were very helpful and very kind
Would not let me drop off my return, told me I had to go 3 miles up the road. Lady wad rude, I barely got in the door when a lady staff member came walking towards me saying "No No, nuh uh, won't take that!". No explanation, but i see other people have had the same problem. The gentleman working the counter was very nice though.
