Went to send prepaid with label on phone. She tossed down a card and said I had to send it ti that email address. When I expressed upset because I am 72 and no phone mail expert she left me and did other things. I sent it 4 times and never got it to work. The man asked me twice if it worked but b no one offered any help. I left. It may have been there bad day but it was my worse day. I have always had shipping just scan the barcode on the label on my screen. Lost my business and others should take note.
