They lied.. said package was delivered..on app.. I was home talked to driver when he came here.. He said sorry can't find my package.. I told him it says delivered on the app. He said sorry and left.... Nothing but recording answers on phone... I have a lot of money involved... I will collect one way or the other.. While I'm mad at FedEx in a hole, FedEx on site allowed me to pick up my package in an emergency situation
