Worst Customer Service I have ever received. I paid over $100 to have my package sent overnight express from Portland to Tampa. It was scheduled to arrive between 8:40AM and 12:40PM today (4/29). It was in Tampa at the local sort facility (airport) at around 6am. It was at the local FedEx Facility at 8:41am... It is now approaching 8pm. I can't call the local facility because FedEx doesn't tell you which local facility and I cannot go pick it up for the same reason. Therefore, I will post this review for every fedex facility... read more
