Dropped off a package for express shipment. Clerk confirmed it was an express for next day and never mentioned it would not be picked up on the same day. Now my package is late. Will not use this service in the future.
Worker's were to busy talking to assist the myself and another customer in the store. After waiting second employee finally asked did we need help?? So standing at the counter with a box in your hand wasn't indication we needed assistance.....
