I do tech work in this area and I need to return parts to the manufacturer most of the time. Every time I stop here I just walk right up to the shipping area and they take my package and text me shipping updates. I'm in and out within a couple minutes and they've always been friendly and courteous.
Wasn't there not open
Walked in with package ready. Front counter took it, scanned it and took responsibility. Seamless and easy.
