Customer service is horrible
Staff is nice.
I know holidays are rought as i worked retail in the past. Staff was unfriendly & no one felt like working. I get it but just stand around pretending your working (yes, pretending- guy grabbed empty box & pretending to close it up. As I was watching "oops, nothing in it" then walks off) one lady started to ring us up, then just walked out the door, leaving us standing in mid transaction. Another lady thought we were done & asked if we needed more help. Never ever had a FedEx store so non working. If I could - 0 stars
