Package to be delivered 2 days ago, then today, talked to a recording, then put on hold for 46 minutes. Finally hung up, told me check my tracking number, it's thier tracking number. All they can say it is out for delivery. Had to give them a star to write a review. I will insist when I order something on line they don't use Fed Ex. If I don't receive by tomorrow I will stop payment on my card Monday.
The service person was great, but it's not a full service location, so they couldn't help me.
Crappiest delivery service ever, boxes are damaged at delivery, slow delivery service, tracking online is useless. I've been sitting outside waiting for my package to arrive for 3 hours and seen 4 vans drive by. So fed up with FedEx right now.
FedEx is the worst company in the world who ever deal with and when you call there you can’t ever get anybody that speaks English or will shut up long enough to listen to hear the problem. They’re a bunch of idiots.
