Truck 430073 left my package 100 ft away from my door in the middle of my driveway. I’m not calling and waiting an hour to complain. The driver should be reprimanded. If it was too heavy for him, use a dolly.
Previous owner/management used to have two people available to help customers. Now there are longer lines, and it takes the person longer to process shipments because they are talking to other customers in line who have questions. It took me 12 minutes to get out of this store, I was first in line with only two packages. All this due to one person trying to help too many people at once, starting and stopping the task of entering my package info in the computer.
