We purchased local artwork while on AMI, as we do every vacation. We came to this FedEx to get shipping material to safely transport our art home with us. The older women was horribly rude to my husband, who is a patient man. She suggested "rolling up" original art! Needless to say, he turned around and walked back out without packing material. Horrible servixe
