LaRhonda helped me track down a package that would have otherwise gotten returned to sender and really helped us out. Great customer service and very helpful.
FedEx is a horrible company to deal with. I’m leaving this review for all their locations because the problems are all corporate. Their website is trash, then you call the number to try and actually get your problem handled and the automated system is useless and hangs up because the department I need has shitty hours. You’re not a 9-5 business, your customer service shouldn’t be 9-5.
I had to drop off a package a few days ago and it was heavy but the team member Kamille helped me out and was very helpful.
Terrible service, do not know what they are doing. Go anywhere else.
They're always friendly & helpful here. Just be aware the entrance is on the NW corner of Federal & Harwood. It's not next to 7-11 like Google maps says it is.
