Every employee is so friendly and helpful
Fantastic service! I placed an order to print a poster this morning and the team at this location had my job ready within 3 hours. They were also very kind and helpful when I went to pick up my order. The store manager (Dwight, I believe his name is) was excellent! I am very happy with the service!
Had a sign saying would return in 15 minutes. Stood outside for over 30 minutes. How is there no one to staff the store during business hours in downtown Washington, D.C.?
I’ll be honest, I walked in with an attitude because I was already frustrated and in a rush by the time I got here. Dwight was extremely kind and patient and took care of me and I got what I needed for a good price. Thanks!
