Had a sign saying would return in 15 minutes. Stood outside for over 30 minutes. How is there no one to staff the store during business hours in downtown Washington, D.C.?

I don’t know who these new people are running the store but the bald head girl is RUDE. Like she had an attitude for a package drop off.
