I recently had a great experience at this location. One of the associates Downey went above and beyond to help assist me with shipping a package. The other associate Makoto is great too. Appreciate their help!
They where great and funny and helpful
Sadly I no longer go to this location for multiple reasons. I have had issues with them changing their pick up times from day to day, making up their own policies, drivers leaving early, and being scolded by one their employees who literally scolded at me and told me I can't come at 3:45om and expect my packages to get on a truck for a 4pm pick up deadline. That employee is the reason I stopped going to the FedEx on Thousand Oaks Blvd and Westlake when it was there, probably the reason that location went under. That particul... read more
