Friendly staff and great parking area.
I needed a few things printed for my reception and had such an incredible experience here! I called ahead and received wonderful customer service right from the start. I was also super impressed with the quality of the prints! It's rare to come across customer service this great these days. I highly recommend this location. Memorable!!
Terrible customer service at this location. In person and over the phone they are not helpful and seem annoyed by customer inquiring about the status of packages. My in person experience was completely awful with the clerk denying package pick up based off incorrect policy information. She was so rude and knew she was wrong so she called me back to come into the store and apologized for her behavior. I will avoid this location.
I recently had a great experience at this location. One of the associates Downey went above and beyond to help assist me with shipping a package. The other associate Makoto is great too. Appreciate their help!
