Terrible customer service at this location. In person and over the phone they are not helpful and seem annoyed by customer inquiring about the status of packages. My in person experience was completely awful with the clerk denying package pick up based off incorrect policy information. She was so rude and knew she was wrong so she called me back to come into the store and apologized for her behavior. I will avoid this location.
I recently had a great experience at this location. One of the associates Downey went above and beyond to help assist me with shipping a package. The other associate Makoto is great too. Appreciate their help!
They where great and funny and helpful
Sadly I no longer go to this location for multiple reasons. I have had issues with them changing their pick up times from day to day, making up their own policies, drivers leaving early, and being scolded by one their employees who literally scolded at me and told me I can't come at 3:45om and expect my packages to get on a truck for a 4pm pick up deadline.
