I use the Harrison street Fed Ec for all of my business printing needs. Eric always helps me and I must say that he goes so above and beyond for us on every project we present to him. he is extremely detailed orientated, always calls us if he has any questions prior to printing anything and is always friendly and very professional. We feel very fortunate to have him to help us with all of our marketing materials!
Employees tried to kick out customers 5 -10 mins before closing saying that the system will shut down. I was told I needed to stop shipping my return packages because it’s 6 pm while pointing out the clock on the wall. But the click was a few mins faster than the time on my phone. LoL
Very rude treatment from the start. Didn't try to help me at all.
Faxing never been easier. Amazing service!
"Our passport camera's not working ... " Not a good way to run a business. Can't call store directly to confirm services prior to arrival.
